Welcome to Meditrust Courier LLC. By accessing our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. These terms govern our relationship with you in relation to this website and our medical courier services.
1. Service Agreement
Meditrust Courier LLC provides specialized medical logistics. We reserve the right to refuse any shipment that does not comply with safety regulations or HIPAA standards. Our service engagement begins once an order is confirmed via our system.
2. HIPAA Compliance & Privacy
We strictly adhere to the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA). All medical records, specimens, and sensitive hardware are handled with the highest degree of confidentiality and technical security during transit.
3. Liability & Insurance
While we take every precaution to ensure safe delivery, Meditrust Courier LLC's liability is limited to the value of the delivery service provided unless additional insurance is explicitly requested and confirmed in writing prior to shipment.
4. Delivery Timeframes
We strive for 99.9% on-time delivery. However, delays caused by unforeseen circumstances such as severe weather, traffic accidents, or incorrect pickup/delivery information provided by the client are outside our direct control.
5. Payment Terms
Invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise specified in a custom Master Service Agreement. Late payments may be subject to interest charges. Meditrust Courier LLC reserves the right to suspend services for accounts with delinquent balances.
6. Termination
Either party may terminate the service relationship with a written notice. Meditrust Courier LLC reserves the right to terminate access to our services immediately if any violation of these terms occurs.
